Horrible experience

I finally decide to use Uber eats after a while....and it was the worst decision ever. I gave specific instructions to come up to my apartment and it was very specific. They arrived and tried calling me , once. They didn't reach me and they left with my order. When I enquired with Uber South Africa they tell me the driver comp**** with the policy of waiting and calling.

Why wait for 12 minutes and call once if the ****ing instructions say you must come up to the apartment ?? The door number was on the instructions as well .

I didn't get my food and I lost 150 in the process because Uber didn't want to refund. I used Mr d almost weekly and I get food to my door without them even calling me. What the **** Uber eats I want my money back .....in this expensive climate we must have a bad experience and lose money????
