Horrible!

I placed an order on Friday the 31st of July with Uber eats at a macdonalds branch. My order has not been received by me and it showed delivered on my app. When the driver called I explained to the driver named Fatsani that he was too far off from the address and he got upset and put the phone off in my face. The uber eats call centre agent then has the audacity to tell me they cannot refund the money back because I did not submit the complaint immediately whereas Ive sent them an email immediately after as I could not get hold of the call centre as it said the call centre was closed, therefore I sent an email after via the uber eats app where one has to rate the service stating my order was not received.
