Horrible customers services and rude drivers

Horrible experience with Uber eats The driver sent a message to say the road is blocked,I said he must wait there so I can fetch my food.I called him when I got to the location and he then told me his at my house which is a lie because as soon as I hung up it said trip completed on the App,tried sending messages and called countless times and he didn’t care to answer. Horrible experience I want my money back as I paid using a card
