Horrible customer service, *****sters

I ordered nandos yesterday through this app the their driver delivered my food to an incorrect address, i tried to communicate with the driver but he told me he left but he will come back to bring the food, i complained and i was advised that i will be refunded to my surprise i checked my back account and picked up that they deducted money twice .for the 1st order an the second order that i placed that day. This IS DISGUSTINLGY THE MOST TERRIBLE SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED
