Horrible Customer Service and absurd reply times

Uber and Uber eats respectively has taken money from me without justification for these transactions whatsoever. I have logged multiple complaints regarding the matter and had no solid feedback or justification for the money that was taken from my account.

They usually reply with, that they could not find the transaction, which is absurd. I've never had these problems before, and it seems that Uber is going downhill with their customer service.

Extremely dissatisfied with my experience with them thus far.
