Horrible customer service

I used UberEats to order food for my family today and it never arrived, when contacting them to ask for a refund they informed me that the driver has made a reasonable attempt to deliver the food to me and that I am not eligible for a refund. The truth is that he asked me for the unit number, and I gave him the unit number and he blue ticked me, I also asked him if he would like me to come to the front gate and again, he did not respond, I went outside to complex twice to check for him and he was never there!! I tried calling him with no answer. I feel like I literally threw my money away today (PLUS TIP), and after giving them more context of what happened, they decided to ignore me. I do not recommend using this service in the Gordons Bay area or just anywhere else in general. Truely terrible and would have given 0 stars if I could. DO BETTER!!
