HORRIBLE APP

I placed an order at tigers milk almost 2 hours ago and it's still showing as prepared. The app itself is absolutely horrible to report orr cancel such and I've had this happen 3 times. I rely on this app for rides DAILY and Uber eats and honestly at this point I'm choosing to delete this app and want my money back . So ridiculous. It's almost 11pm still no order collected and I submitted more than 4 requests to cancel the order. You've lost me as a client
