Horrible and pathetic ****s that never want to refund you!

I placed an order at McDonald's Brackenhurst through uber eats. I went out on time to go receive my order, but when I got to the delivery my drinks were spilled all over his bag and wetting the rest of my food. I logged a complaint and they rep**** 8hours later telling me it was my fault and therefore Im not eligible for a refund. So in essence I paid for food that I never got to eat cause I sent it back with the driver. Really pathetic service from Uber and I will never ever use anything Uber again.
