Hire better delivery people

Had the worst experience with this company, the driver went to his own delivery address, then wanted me to meet him where he was when I refused he threatened me then **** and said he had delivered the food.

When I tried to report this on the app it says I have to wait for 7 minutes .

Honestly this is the worst food delivery app and the unfortunate part is that during this lock down we have to rely on such services it’s really a shame.
