Highly disstastified business owner with Uber eats

I purchased a business and have been trying to get the Uber Eats restaurant manager to work. They don't speak to you on the phone you can only email. They don't respond to emails. You submit the forms over and over and over again and all they say is for security purpose we can't advise if you are loaded.

It is extremely frustrating to work with this business
