Highly disappointed with uber eats

I had made a mistake with the Adress, when the driver called and I went outside, he wasn't there, we then discovered that I'd somehow picked the restaurant, I wanted to change the delivery adress and wanted to know how to do so, as I still wanted the order. The driver then shouted at me that he wasn't going to come here and hung up on me. Then uber charged me for the undelivered ordered. How does one pay for an order they did not receive when the driver is the one who refused to allow me to change adress?
