Highly disappointed

I just made an order and payment was changed to cash which I dont have,now im being charged awhole 113 for an order that didn't arrive nor even prepared as yet as it was less than 5mins since order was made.

Also change ur app to allow changes for payment methods,im really disappointed and I always use the app. Its daylight ******* and ur robot cant even assist nor advise its just cancel and fee app**** not even option for speed point or being in contact with store or app to help.

Very quick to take the money and I wont pay that money and will stop using the app
