Highly annoyed by the Uber app

This is now the second time the Uber service is debiting from my bank account without me ordering or using their transportation services than they credit my account and the drivers don't want to accept that payment I'm sick and tired of this ...this is utter ******* I mean how can they just debit from a person account without a person even using Thier app after my last incident of them debiting form my bank account deleted the Uber app ...I have been using the Uber Eats app but it's been months since I last bought something off the app and my debit order doesn't state it's Uber Eats but just the Uber app
