Health Risky Food

I ordered food from KFC Protea Point through Uber Eats that I literally specified that tomato must not be included in my food as I am ALLERGIC. Those horrible and heartless people put tomato in my food after I asked nicely. Now they don't want to refund me for the food I didn't eat
