Health and safety risk. Close these time of Businesses

I ordered from Ubereats at Hungry Lion Belhar and asked for the Big Boss double meal x2. The one came without cooldrink which they refuse to refund. I also asked no tomato's as I'm allergic and both of them came with tomato. A business like this should be closed down under health and safety as they don't care. That someone could've died.
