Heading straight to the top for the zero service award 2024!

So I placed a grocery order with GAME on Friday (whose review will follow shortly), for delivery today Monday) as that was all they could offer. I was in no immediate hurry so accepted that this would work out. The delivery was booked between 11 and 12 this morning. I went into a meeting at 12 and so asked our receptionist to accept the delivery on my behalf as yet again, Uber Eats was late! Anyway, half my items did not arrive and when I disputed it, Uber Eats said they cannot do anything about it because the order was placed more than 48 hours ago. So, they are offering what sounds like a great service but is actually one which they cannot support. Now some other person has responded and said because the delivery was accepted with my pin by my receptionist, there is nothing I can do. Well done Uber Eats, just as utterly useless as many other services in this country.
