HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY FULL REFUND FOR WRONG ORDER DELIVEREC

First time using UberEats, ordered from Nandos Metliffe Mall Port Elizabeth. I ordered to veggie burgers with sides plus a separate vegetable dish. I received a packet of chicken pieces. After contacting Nandos via UberEats, an hour and a half receive an automated response that I will be refunded. However I was not refunded fully as my voucher for first time use of R100 was not refunded. NOTHING BUT INCOMPETENCE AND A TOTAL RIPP OFF.
