Hangry Human

I am extremely disappointed in the level of services received from the app while being a first time user. Not only did it take more than an hour to verify if the order had been collected - it just did not arrive. Upon calling the restaurant, we were informed that the food had been collected 30min after placing it online. We can;t even track the order on line nor does it reflect to have been paid. I would just like my refund.
