Handling they complaints

First time i ordered at Macdonalds Sandton city the ubereats driver gave us half the order the happy meal was missing only got the toy now lyndhurst Macdonald the driver from ubereats does not give the toy i did send him a message to remind him.... i was supposed to be refunded for the first incident but i havent which happened on thr 29th of Feb 2020 im unhappy with the way they handle the complaint....i cant keep having missing orders
