half order received + wet and i have to pay?!

On the 22 Nov I placed an order for the 2 for 1 promo from Mcdonalds. The driver who delivered my meal wasn't the same guy in the photo, not only that he brought 1 meal instead of 2. The meal was also wet due to the colddrink spilling all over not only my food but whoever else's order he still had to deliver. I refused to pay for the meal as it was only half my order, also it was wet and half the colddrink had fallen out. (pics sent more than once). I proceeded to give the meal back and took my money back from him. the driver made as if the incorrect meal was now my problem and the fact that its wet was McDonald fault.. i logged a complaint on the day and have since received a generic response... You have now forced me to pay R49.90 for a meal before i can place another order via your app.

I would greatly appreciate a response as I'm sure it doesn't take a whole week to figure out 1.Why half an order was delivered. 2.who actually delivered my meal. 3. Half the colddrink and a wet meal arrived - Yet IM FORCED TO PAY for this meal!!!

URGENTLY AWAIT A RESPONSE and a non generic one would be nice.
