Greedy and unhelpful

Paid in full for an order where there were missing items. They asked for a picture. HOW DO YOU TAKE A PICTURE OF SOMETHING YOU DIDN’T RECEIVE???

Anything to take people’s money but very little to show support. Never requested a refund, just wanted what I order but they marked the case as resolved because I couldn’t prove that I didn’t receive the order. Where is the logic in that?

As a very loyal customer it isn’t my job to prove I didn’t receive something, it’s your job to prove I did. Find a better way!
