Great service but can improve

Ubereats has great customer service when it comes to their refund policy. I've received instant refunds for things like missing items or incorrect items delivered.

However, it would have been even better if there was a live customer service agent to chat to about issues on an ongoing order or a way to contact the restaurant if you need to make small changes to your order.
