GOT ****** BY UBER EATS SCOOTER - JOHN LACHID KW41LPGP
I ordered groceries via uber eats and as per uber, all my grocery items were purchased at Game store in Fourways Mall. On the app, it was clearly indicated that my order was for delivery to my home. Instead, a diabolical turn of events happened. The system assigned me a driver - a scooter delivery by the name of John Lachid KW41LPGP. The original delivery was scheduled for 17h23, then 17h27, 17h31, to 17h50. Despite all these ETAs there was no movement on his side. Strangely, he sent me a message claiming he's arrived. I asked him where since I'd been outside several times already. If he had been outside, he'd have hooted. To my surprise, John Lachid said in the Uber text message that he was at Fourways Mall. I asked him why he said he'd arrived when it was clear that my order was to be delivered to my house. Only then he asked for my address. Next thing that happened, my order was cancelled. Uber app stated that the order was left at the gate and that the driver tried calling me. The disgusting lies! I challenged it and posted on their customer service that the very proof of delivery is an image of the groceries inside a Game Stores trolley, left near Mugg n Bean at Fourways Mall. JOHN LACHID NEVER LEFT FOURWAYS MALL TO DELIVER THE GROCERIES. And just like that, Uber autobots claim John Lachid followed their policy and therefore, they will not refund me. Uber autobot system is a remind that the enemy comes to kill, ***** and destroy and that he's got many John Lachid working for him and lurking everywhere pretending to make good decent living. Sies!
