going to wrong address then not refunding payment

I made two orders for food and both where card payments on after the other

The address is 24 knights ave windsor east however the drivers kept going to windsor west.even after reaching out to the driver they both choose not to come and rather cancell the orders.i spent R300 and forfieted my money which was not fair considering that i reached out
