Give back my money

Me and my colleagues we ordered Chicken Licken and it costs us about R312 .as we were waiting for the order the driver told us he is outside we went outside he was not there and he said he is at Regent’s Park and we were at Glenvister I don’t know where did he got that address as we were looking a solution on mybe he can deliver where we are and try to compansate with the money he cancelled the order.and we tried to go to chicken lickin and they told us that the driver didn’t come back with our order ..I tried to reach Uber eats support and they told us that we can’t get our refund as the driver went to deliver and he tried to reach me out.am so disappointed an I really want my refund #ubereats
