Gift Voucher Credit Disappeared off my card.

I was given R 300 Gift Vouchers from my work. I only used half of it and Had R122.00 credit. When I wanted to use them, they diappeared from my account. I have tried contacting Uber eats via the app and Facebook. They do not want to help or restore my credits
