Ghost delivery

I ordered from Uber eats, food from Chicken Licken. Yes I missed the calls but then, 2 minutes later I tried to call the delivery guy and his phone is off. He left a picture showing where he left the food, which till now I can’t find the find around my yard or street. I send this issue to Uber Support and was told that they will not refund me because their driver followed their policy with regards to waiting for me. Fine but then I ask @Whee is the food? Why must I pay for food that I did not receive? If he has left the food, why don’t I find it anywhere around my yard even on the street nothing??” This is the worst service, I want my refund, klaar
