Furious with Uber

I am so sick and tired of you people just taking money out of my account with no permission. I just got charged for a Uber Trip this is the third time this has happened and I am sick to death of it. Either that or you take money then reverse it and who pays the fees I do. Please can you kindly refund the money you have just taken out of my account for a trip I never took.
