Full order not received!

My order was the order with dunked wings and chips. I didn't receive the chips. I make them aware and tell them that I would like the chips to please be delivered as that is my lunch, I'm hungry and suffer from low blood pressure. I called UberEats and spoke to a Sheren, she confirmed that it would be sorted in an hour. I did not want a refund for R15.90, i wanted the chips that I had ordered to begin with. I do not understand how they use drivers to deliver food but not "have" their details on record. Or at least then ask me for the details as I had it on my order.

At the end of it all, I was left hungry and feeling faint because I had not eaten a full meal as I had essentially intended on. Let's not even talk about my concentration as I was still at work.

Worst experience ever!!! I would never recommend the service to anyone! They don't even try to resolve your issue!!
