Full balance debited

I used my Absa voucher an they still went. And debited the full balance in my Absa bank account. I have send complains and no one is responding. I even send screen shot proof from my bank that full amount was debited even though I had R50 voucher added an they resodned that voucher went through also but they still took full amount from my bank.
