Full amount charged as per bank statement

I requested a ride on Sunday 10/06/24 just after 7h00am....my stomach wasn't nice and had to make use of the toilet....cancelled the ride however I was charged the full amount for the ride and not the cancellation fee which was R14...but your ride receipt and my bank statement shows two different amiunts ***
