Frustrated

I was so disappointed, I've ordered kfc through the Ubereats app, I wasn't evens aware the driver contacted me, however when ai phoned back, the phone went straight to voicemail and the food was left in the street according to the app, however , when getting there, no food left and paid , but there is no option to get a refund, so frustrating, and there was enough security for the food to be left at, such a disappointing experience.
