Frustrated

Not even worth a star at all, Most terrible service I've ever experienced i have been waiting for my order for over 1 and a half hrs and the "estimated" time says 1:05 current time is already 1:55 and the mcdonalds is 5 minutes away, there is no option to call the driver, the driver as well doesnt even move and keeps far away from location and there is no way to cancel an order so ive been just looking at an on going screen where my driver doesnt even cancel either, terrible app with terrible service
