Friday the 28 March I 2025 I ordered food for lunch by licken licken Boulders Mall Midrand , the Uber eats guy called Juma never collected my orders from chicken licken and never delivered, I made enquires with chicken licken firm and it's confirmed order was picked up but I have never received my orders , these are two orders with two payments , I contacted under eats requesting for my refund they only refunded one payment the other payment , it said it's not eligible for refund and am asking the reasons why , no o e is giving me reason why the other payment is not refunded , so Uber eats please refund me my second payments
