FreeBird and UberEats sells 4 small chicken strips for R85 - highway *******!

Last week, part of my order from FreeBird Blouberg was a LARGE portion of chicken strips and fries, for a whopping sum of R85. What arrived was four small chicken strips (there were five in the photo for the standard portion) and NO fries.

UberEats refused to compensate me in any way for this pathetic delivery, stating that company was under promotion and that I already got my "value" back in other items in the order.

What is wrong with companies nowadays?!!!! I feel like they have just become big bullies, with no focus on customer service or any consideration for customer loyalty.

A week later, and every time I think about ordering food, I just get furious again! Somehow I doubt posting this review will give me any decent response from either UberEats or FreeBird. Basically, between the two of them I feel as though they have ****** my money!
