Fredson Muotcha rudest Uber eats driver

25/11/2025 I had the worst customer service experience with an uber eats driver Fredson Muotcha he was rude he was dismissive he kept on shouting at me and worst of all I never got my full order, when he called me I couldn't hear what he was saying I didn't know who I was talking to I kept on asking hello hello who are you whereas I left instructions in the app that when they come to deliver they must knock on the door and they will find someone to collect the food. When I finally called my home as I had seen that time has left for the delivery I asked them if they received anything they said no and then I called the guy back to ask him where my food was cuz my online order was from KFC at Daveyton mall but when he answered he told me to come to sesfikile shopping centre debonairs to pick up my order as he will not be coming back to deliver my food he was clicking his tongue he was shouting at me and he told me to f off. I bolted for my son to go and fetch the food when my son came home my food was incomplete only a partial order was given to him I contacted KFC Daveyton mall today and asking where my food is they told me to call the guy back I called him the first time he answered and said he will call me back after 3 minutes after that the phone just rings i paid for food that I didn't receive and I feel that is unfair, disgusting customer service it's horrible
