********** Credit Card Charges by Uber Eats

Someone Used my Credit Card Details and stole R11000 Rand(R510, R674, R542, R1402, R7998) using Uber eats. I tried to get through to Uber eats over the phone and I was told to log online, When I use my Uber account it says some ones account did the order hence they can’t give me details except that M.N.M took the “ride”.

I got the same standard message that I should check with my friends/Families etc. And they just close the case.

Out of the blue someone said they have investigated and found a link to my account therefore they won’t refund and closed the case.

Problem is when you reply a different person responds and makes not reference or mention of the previous message. There is no clear cut contact except filling the form on help, but there is no linkage to previous complaints lodged.
