********** Behavior (Transactions) by Uber East and Uber rides

I made two attempts to order food yesterday the first one was for R306 and the other R 181 both orders did not reach me, I made contact with both drivers, but the order still did not arrive, and the money was deducted from my account. With the other driver the GPS gave him the wrong address, when I gave him the right one , he still did not come.

On top of that Uber ride charged me R 187 for a trip I never took. Can I please get my money back uber. Your system is ****, so now I just donated over R 700 to uber eats, for what?!!! Can I please get my money back.

Additionally your process sucks and its unfair, why is it that when a driver cannot find you (the client) , then the other goes through even though the customer did not receive the order? If a driver wants to ***** the meal, he can simply act like they could not get ahold of you and the take the meal at your expense. ICan I please have my money back!!!! NOWWWWW!!!!
