********** and unprofessional behavior

I ordered a pizza from Roman's pizza park station on the 25th of June and money was taken out of my account but on the app it still reads that I must pay for the same order I was charged for! I have complained about being charged for a pizza I have already paid for multiple times. I have proof of the transaction. No one is doing anything about it but I'm still required to pay for something I paid for. The customers service is horrible im extremely dissatisfied
