********** Activity on UberEats Account

UberEats took R243 from my account on saturday, 26 January without me ordering anything. I reported the incident, and my money was reversed immediately. However, R244,46 was debited thereafter. I reported this incident as well. UberEates have deliberately ignored me. I've posted this on all my social media platforms, but they are blatantly ignoring me. UberEats should be able to see the last order on my app which is R55! It's either they have taken this money, because I don't know how someone else can create a profile with my banking details! Please can UberEats sort this out.
