********** activity on Uber account

It seems someone gained unauthorised access to my Uber account, probably some time after 4-Sep-2020 when I last placed an order on Ubereats and updated some details including my contact number. I was unable to log on yesterday (9-Sep-2020) and had to reset my password. I later found out that my contact number on my profile had been changed when the delivery guy advised he tried calling me with no luck.

I raised this Uber who have since rectified my contact number but have failed to advise how access was gained to my account and who made the changes. It seems Uber has no security in place with regard to personal information and has no control over unauthorised access to member profiles.
