I ordered food on the 28th of May 2020 from steers and I didn't receive my food. Called the store and they confirmed that my order was collected by Trevor. They provided the drivers contact details when I called the person it was a wrong number. I did log a query with ubereat but they advised that they won't be able to assist me and they will not be refunding me.
