The way Ubereats conduct their business is sickening. These people took money from my account due to their system fail, their App kept telling something is wrong since the day they ****med me my money. I had to find other ways in order to get in touch with them for them to tell me they will not refund me because it's after 48 hours and bear in mind it is a fault they caused. I am so disgusted for this kind of behaviour, an agent I spoke to has then rejected my request to speak to a manager. This is not good customer service and it is just wrong business practices. *****ent croocks. I will never use any other uber services and no one else in my home will ever use those **********.
