Francis you are rude to customers

On the 24th November 2020 I bout pizza at romans via Uber eats app , my delivery guy was Francis , he called when he is at my flat to deliver . when i got to the reception within 3 minutes after his call he was already angry and very rude , he told me that he will cancel the order when i tell him about being rude , he went ahead and cancel it . Uber eats sent me an email that they will refund my money because order didnt go accordingly, but they never did ..Even today i am still waiting for my money , i even uninstalled the stupid app . i think Mr delivery is better .
