Fortune Stoan of uber eats in Kempton Park delivered an order without confirming the pin!!!!!!

Uber eats SA sent me a deaf driver who went across the street to “deliver my order”

I went downstairs as I saw on the App that Fortune Stoan was to be deaf and so even though the eta on the app was 6:31 I went to wait for him at 6:28 to avoid having to call him considering his profile. I stood there till 745. A scooter did show up and went across the street from where I was next thing I know my order is said to be delivered. What I am wondering is what “pin” was used by Fortune Stoan to make the delivery as I had my own pin. I called KFC Kempton Park CBD and they said they were going to try to call him which I had been doing and well not surprising that his phone was on voicemail. I have interacted with people who are hearing impaired and the 1 thing they did not take were phone calls. Imagine now me having to call a deaf person for my order when they were clearly not even trying to get it to me!!!!
