Forget Uber Eats, rather go with Mr. D

Uber Eats is currently running a 2 for 1 special with certain restaurants. After ordering from two of these restaurants using the app, and not receiving the 2 for 1 special, I realised that my app is must be broken because it can’t apply the 2 for 1 special for any of the applicable restaurants.

I contacted Uber’s support to try and resolve the issue and they outright refused to help with the issue and eventually just rep**** with “Unfortunately, at this stage, we are unable to look into this matter further. We understand that this is not the resolution you were hoping for”.

Uber Eats does not care about individual customers and they are not interested in helping resolve potential issues. Rather go with Mr D!
