FOOD WAS ORDERED AND NOT DELIVERED, THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ME.

I ordered Pedros last night 13 September 2025 the Viva meal. While the tracking said two minutes away I was on my way to the complex gate, suddenly it changed to delivered and a photo of my food taken on the gate. I ran to the gate, which was less than 2 minutes and didn't find anyone. I asked the security if there was an uber eat guy who left the food they said no. The guy never called me or sent a message on the App except for the photo of the food. When I send a complaint to customer service they say their driver waited there for 9 minutes and called me, but no missed call on my side and I was there hoping he would come back. They are refusing to refund my money back. The name of the driver was Poul. I am a regular Uber Eats customer but have decided to delete the App, I am so disappointed and hurt at the same time.
