Food was not delivered, but money deducted, I want my refund!!

I placed an order with KFC Meadowlands BP on 03/09/2023 via Uber Eats, the driver never made it to my place, but he said the food is delivered on the App. I called the store, they said the driver eventually came back, but he said he was ******, I spoke to Nelisiwe and Mehluli from the store. I am waiting for the order to be cancelled so that I can get my refund, even now, nothing. I am disgusted, this is my first bad encounter with Uber Eats and I am very annoyed. Please assist Uber Eats, this is very bad service. Money was taken from my account but I never received the order, I am really angry. Order #90823
