Food was exposed posing a safety risk but Uber eats customer support did not assist accordingly.

Customer service is pathetic at Uber eats. I use the service quite a bit, and ordered from them two days ago from a Barcelos nearby. The garlic roll was exposed i.e. it was not completely sealed and was sticking out of the packet and was hence touching the inside of the food delivery bag that the driver had. This is extremely unsanitary and not safe to consume. I contacted customer service and they were very unhelpful and also refused to give a refund for the affected items. This makes me question the care and safety taken when the food is picked up and delivered to us as the driver accepted food that was exposed to the open. I have a supporting photo to prove this.
