Food Theft by Uber Eats drivers yet customers are charged!

Attention: Uber Eats Customers I have multiple experiences of food theft by Uber Eats. The uber eats driver in Umhlanga, Durban walked past the reception and left with my food which the hotel camera picked up. Till this day this is not resolved. Today the Cape Town Uber driver Santos refused to get off the vehicle for a delivery to a family member event though i said i am in Jhb, the person is in a meeting, leave at reception! The driver left with the R278 meal. I was still charged for orders that are never delivered. Their drivers don't follow directions given on the messaging app and I strongly advise against using Uber Eats. The customer support do not follow through yet choose a biased perspective.
